Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Your notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL or specific location of the material you believe is infringing.
- Your contact information (address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.
Where to send a notice
Email your DMCA notice to contact@thehealthandcare.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the party who posted it.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and the statements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will restore the material unless the original complainant initiates legal action.
Repeat infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
